HiCast Podcast App

The project aimed at redesigning and redefining the information architecture of the app. Except the visual design, I especially focused on simplifying the navigation and introduced a differentiation between new and returning users.

Background

How it began

The concept of the HiCast Podcast app was to bring convenience to user that loved Podcast. The presentation, however, was not easily understandable and accessible.

Objective

The app owner Markus granted me the possibility to be creative with no technical constraints. Together with the aim to make the functions understandable and accessible, I redesign the whole app.

I introduced the new information architecture and a differentiation between new and returning users.

Before
