Error Handling Concept

The project aimed at defining an error handling concept. In this case, user could know what was the error they were facing.


How it began

The BMW Connected Drive was at an early development stage which each error was a valuable feedback to the team. The app provided a hotline for user, which user could report error and asked for help. 


A constant calling increased the cost of the call centre. The project aimed at designing an in-app error handling concept.
