Offer Item Restructuring
The project aimed at improving the offer item information architecture. I brought this concept up to optimise the offer item, so that it allowed all variations of offers to be presented in a consistent way.
Background
How it began
Tour operators introduced a lot new promotions for their offers, for example, a free cancellation policy and a Corona proof insurance. The old offer item structure was not prepared for the large variety of promotion.
Then
We did a user test to understand what was important and what was missing in an offer for user.
Objective
User test result indicated a few problems, including the unoptimised information architecture, the outdated prioritisation, and the missed room pictures. I created an offer item that was prepared for the large variety of offers and as well answering to the user needs.
